I hope this topic will be useful for everyone who likes bikes, riding a bike and all things connected with bikes like for example sport.
Simple feel free to post things connected with bikes.

A little history at the beginning. My first bike that is the bike which was only mine.
The pic it's a reconstruction. I'm glad because I had only from internet not too good pic. But I worked on it and ...
These bikes called Ukraine were mainly very popular in the country and were black. They were among teenager very uncool. There was even rhyme (free translation): don't drink vodka, don't drink wine and Ukraine buy.
When I was at the age of 16 were supplied to the shops more modern and colorful models. They were also about 3-4 times cheapper than other bikes. I bought this bike and it was very good decision. Only one my friend buought one yet. The rest ... well ... better was to not buy uncool bike than to have none
I have had this bike for many years. In 1998 I used one yet. I remember Sunday ... I had to go to work because service of crane from Austria came. I rode this bike.
A man from Austria saw one and wanted .... name plate. There was swallow. He collected name plates from bikes and didn't have from Ukraine yet. I said 100 DM and bike is yours. He thought but didn't decide to buy.

I back to bike Ukraine and this time. Then riding a bike in Poland wasn't popular. Bikes were treat as a kind of toy for at most teenager. About the rest was said they use bike because they can't affort to buy car that is bikes for poor, cars for rich.
Of course I f ... fools in Poland and rode a bike when I stopped be teenager and later. In my first job I went to work by bike for long time.

Wow impressive pictures Bluez!

Only thing i know is that if you dont have a bike, you practically can not live in The Netherlands. You can't go anywhere without a bike.

I love such views. Fabulous. Well ... this model without bike wouldn't look so interesting.
I saw on RTL bike which was made in Israel aus der Pappe. I don't know how to call it in English. Let be a kind of papper. They want to produce it. Funny idea.
