Hungarian model, Eniko, told The Telegraph newspaper the trusty treadmill is her secret to a catwalk body.

She said: "I can’t work out too much because after two weeks I look like I’ve been training for a year... My new thing is to walk on the treadmill while boxing with 1kg weights, listening to fast music. It looks funny but it works.”

Doutzen Kroes

Victoria’s Secret model Doutzen’s super tips for the catwalk are skipping and weights.

The Dutch model told Celebrity Health & Fitness: “Many personal trainers say that the most effective way to lose the last few inches of fat off the body is to tone and strengthen the muscles.

“Not only will you be burning off more calories every day with this extra muscle but also you will be standing more confidently and you will feel stronger. In any case you can always stop doing weight workouts if you think you are becoming too muscular.”

Polish model, Anja, told Vogue.com her super secret to a catwalk body is yoga.

"I've been practicing yoga for three years. It helps me relax mentally and focuses my mind.

“It can also do amazing things physically; it keeps me fit and helps my balance and focus. My job involves a lot of sitting on aeroplanes and a lot of walking in high heels! I find yoga helps with both."
