Indulge in a delicious sweet desert without the calories by whipping up this quick, easy and oh so tasty fruit salad. Filled with vitamins and nutrients it’s a great way to keep up with your 5 a day without resorting to a boring plain apple or banana. The added mint in the syrup really gives it a fresh taste and upgrades the dish to make it that little bit more special and tasty!

- 1 teacup of water
- A bunch of pineapple mint, finely chopped
