Cereal & Stewed Plum “Crumble”
Cheap, waste-friendly and super quick this recipe allows you to quench a sweet tooth whilst still feeling virtuous. Made with left over fruits, such as plums (although you can use any other summer fruit that is about to turn), this recipe has the texture and tartness of crumble but uses way less sugar and doesn’t need to be baked. Tip: Any muesli style cereal will work, but Dorset cereals ‘Super High Fibre’ works really well and is a tasty & nutritious option.
